The Norfolk Archaeological Trust ‘Centenary and Beyond’ NLHF-funded project (NAT100), in partnership with the Norfolk Record Office (NRO)

As the Project Manager Jess carried out the financial and grant administration, regular updates to the Project Board and NLHF, as well as leading the delivery of the activity plan.

The project aimed to celebrate NAT’s centenary and to improve its resilience for the future. She developed and led a hands-on programme for young people from Norwich Young Archaeologists’ Club (NYAC) helping them to curate a public exhibition that celebrated NAT’s history and its sites, visit Caistor Roman Town to learn about the management techniques, drone demonstrations by the police, and metal-detecting sessions alongside archaeologists before excavation began.
